Focused on three locations within the UK, In Hot Property provides a home-from-home alternative to hotel accommodation for business and tourist travellers.
In London we have an incredibly well placed block of seven serviced apartments in Vauxhall, close to The Oval, just across the river from Westminster and the Houses of Parliament and a stone's throw from The London Eye. The spacious 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments are furnished with double beds and sofa beds to accommodate up to 12 guests and we can offer the option of outdoor barbecue space, or balconies. Each apartment comes with free parking at weekends, a rarity this central to London.
In North Yorkshire we are developing our portfolio, starting with our commercial conversion project that has created 4 brand new apartments within a magnificent, Georgian, Grade II listed bank building on the High Street of the market town of Knaresborough. The development includes three 2 bedroom and one 1 bedroom apartments, all of which maintain a strong connection to the original style of the building, retaining many of the salvageable original features.
In 2019, our main focus is in the guest house sector in Harrogate. We have identified a number of opportunities where tired B&Bs can be renovated creating 50% more rooms, upgrading existing rooms, together with a more systemised business approach to give guests a much more flexible, modern and great value experience.
Downham Market is the nearest town to RAF Marham, the base of the new F35 fighter jet. With extensive infrastructure requirements associated with such a project to support the UK defence systems, a huge temporary workforce is required. In Hot Property is working with the Station Commander, contracting teams and key suppliers to the projects to provide accommodation to meet this demand. Working with local landlords, In Hot Property is providing solutions to local supply and demand challenges and helping landlords by providing a management service that removes the challenges associated with managing their properties and tenants.
